At ICE District Authentics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of official Oilers and Oil Kings gear. If your item isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange most unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached; please note that custom jerseys, clearance items, and game-worn memorabilia are final sale.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your merchandise and attach the provided prepaid shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
